Application for participation

Your surname, first name, family name, place of work (education), position, scientific degree and academic title (if available), contact information (e-mail, phone, postal address), what form of participation you plan to participate in (presentation with a report and printing theses, participating in the discussion and printing the abstracts of the report, only printing the text of the abstracts of the report, only participating in the discussion), as well as the topic of your report. For reports authored by several authors, data on all co-authors should be provided.

Materials that do not meet the established requirements and those received after the specified deadline will not be considered by the organizing committee and will not be accepted for publication.

A copy of the payment order (organization fee).

It is planned to publish a collection of abstracts of the conference. Reports recommended by the organizing committee, additionally prepared in accordance with the relevant requirements, can be submitted to a publication that is included in the list of professional publications of Ukraine
